Why attack the Chief Justice the way you did. What is illegal about a Ga Public Servant, buying one plot of government land in Greater Accra. Are Gas excluded from buying lands from the place of their birth? This nonsense has been carried too far and particularly, by a certain thieving political grouping. A retired Supreme Court, Justice Kpegah, is said to be still occupying a government bungalow, a decade after he resigned his position from the bench. How do you respond to this ?
You claim, the Chief Justice got to her position because of a cover up in the MJ Benjamin case. You must be a dishonest person, Obroni. Who were those found culpable and subsequently put in prison. How were they freed come a new government in 2009?

Mr. Anas, the great Journalist must be highly commended for this great service which he has rendered to Ghana. It is unbelievable that a Judge should consciously free a criminal and jail the innocent just for personal gains. These Judges must be sacked from their positions and
be tried. Also the respective Judgements which they have passed must be declared null and void, and the cases should also be retried. As long as we have such Judges in our midst, our Learning process in democracy shall face constant shortcomings.
We need brave Journalists, and not those who just sing the music of their masters. We must also understake Judicial Reforms whereby we shall refrain from placing the destiny of the poor in the hands of one Judge. We can learn from the Judicial System in Germany in
which three Judges at the Lower courts are allowed to judge a case rather than one Judge doing the job.

Was Judge Ajet Nassam not the Judge whom the John Mahama NDC gov't got to free their financier Alfred Agbesi Woyome, the self-styled John Dramani Mahama NDC financier whom they colluded with, to steal Ghanaian taxpayers money in the world-acclaimed infamous Woyome Judgment debt saga, one of the numerous thieving scandals the John Mahama NDC gov't has perpetrated on the Ghanaian taxpayer, that have all contributed to the economic collapse of the country?
This is what the Mahama-led NDC gov't have done to this country in just 7years of having assumed the mantle of leadership in this country.
Corruption has been institutionalized and thievery is now a front-loaded policy position of the John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't with the collapse of this country.
Clearly, the John Dramani Mahama/Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur NDC gov't must go. Ghana deserves better, far, far better and would get better by massively firing this gov't at the ballot box in 2016.
There is a new breeze blowing across the continent, our Nigerian brothers and sisters have consigned corruption to the dustbin of history, Ghana this is our time and the John Mahama NDC gov't must go.

This is the elephant in the room. If anybody had gone out to accuse the judges of corruption, they would have been summoned to appear before a committee and possibly jailed. Yet the average Ghanaian has not got the opportunities and resources at their disposal to be able to conduct the kind of covert operation carried out by Anas.
Just recently, Blakk Rasta was paraded in front of the live camera in parliament for daring the state the obvious about parliamentarians abusing narcotic drugs.
If we are really serious as country, we need to put the necessary safeguards in place to make it easy for the public to report on illegal activities such as corruption or the use of narcotics among our leaders.
We are merely paying lip service to the fight against corruption in Ghana.
Everybody is so deep in it. It is now a cultural rather than a moral problem.
We revere our rich regardless of how the wealth was obtained. We are also overly obsessed with crimes committed by our politicians much to the negligence of blatant corruption perpetrated by our civil and public servants.
We are quick at condemning other people's sexual preferences but absolutely mute to the point of being deaf and dumb when it comes to corruption.
Those of us who were alive then, vividly remember although nothing justifies taking a life, the state of the judiciary that led to the cold blooded killing of the four supreme court judges during the days of the Rawlings led revolution.
The dirt within the judiciary at the time incited the violence against the judiciary at the time.
Opportunistic attacks against the judiciary cannot be entirely blamed on civil society. The prevailing circumstances have a part to play.
If people have lost confidence in our judiciary system, they look for alternatives; and that does not exclude going for the heads of the judges.

Simple question? Can you reject resignation of an employer if it is done according to the contract of employment? For example, if the employee pays in lieu of notice, would he or she still be an employee? Can a horse be forced to the riverbank and forced to drink too?
If the employee resigns contrary to the contract, simply impose the remedy provided by the contract, e.g dismiss that person. BUT THERE IS NO NEED AT LAW FOR A RESIGNATION TO BE ACCEPTED BEFORE IT TAKES EFFECT.
