It is very simply developing the people to take charge in managing their own affairs. The black person has been an object of mockery in the world for a very long time. What have they done for their community?
What are their personal achievements?
Where is their source of income?
Who pays their monthly wages and living allowance?
What transformation have they brought to their immediate community?
