This has ben a very noble and good incentive to cocoa farmers over the years. Unfortunately, the scholarships are only awarded to children of cocoa farmers who have never held a cutlass before. What about the children of farm hands who toil and do all the hard work on these farms basically for nothing?

As someone who from a cocoa growing area I can say for a fact that very few wards of cocoa farmers get the scholarship you are talking about. If you people want it to be transparent publish the names of the recipients and the ... read full comment
As someone who from a cocoa growing area I can say for a fact that very few wards of cocoa farmers get the scholarship you are talking about. If you people want it to be transparent publish the names of the recipients and the names of their parents for all to see. The scholarships are taken at your office, then the regional offices before the few get to the people who realy need it.

It's a new beginning and rewarding for every recipient. When transparency and accountability is set in place everybody succeds. No student is left behind, congratulations to the panel.
