But these animals called educated Ghanaians at EPA and engineers at GOIL and AMA are rather going pulling down other structures down and left the most dangerous and hazardous one intact for tourist attraction and putting all those in the vicinity in great health danger?

Most civilized cities would have the area covered, fenced in if still needed for whatever reason, or demolished so it does not become a distraction for drivers, or be a "tourist" site.
