It is the mark of the kind of irresponsible leadership we have in this country when the NADMO head resigns and an immediate replacement is not found knowing very well we are approaching the flooding season, the floods hit the country before a new NADMO head is appointed hurriedly without the right and proper scrutiny of the individual to assure the masses the individual is capable and non-partisan knowing how the previous NADMO head because of partisanship allowed the outfit to be used for electoral rigging purposes and influence of the vote.
It also a mark of how incoherent and disjointed govt policy is in terms of emergency disaster management, the classic fire fighting, unplanned, lack of thinking approach to governance which has landed Ghana in the doldrums.
Clearly Ghana is going nowhere with this Mahama NDC govt unless they are fired at the ballot box in 2016.
