    Meters outside on a pole to a resident is oxymoronic(mine)The ECG does not have to come to your home to read that meter and charge you later. You buy the credit to input into that meter that is on the roadside pole yourself! ...

    The ecg should come clean. The meters are substandard and may be the cause of the persistent house fires so decided to relocate them on the poles.
