It would seem that anyone can come up with any hare-brained scheme & this govt will back it as long as it provides opportunities for embezzlement

when children in Teshie Nungua and Tema areas have no toilet facilities in their schools, you spend so much a pie in the sky project, we cammot manage chlorination that well how much more desalinisation...hmmm

The biologist said he wanted to do research on the flora and fauna inside the ocean and walked inside the ocean. He too, never returned.
The chemist waited for a long time and afterwards, wrote the observation, "The physicist and the biologist are soluble in ocean water".
