Professors in tertiary institutions must read GES directives. There are many important and useful GES directives which would help them.
GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.
Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults.

Volunteerism need more creation allow youth to build career on their own..it must be set up in such a way that it won't turn into slavery or crooks take advantage if it..it need participation of Ghana labor board
