Don't you think that if we have child protection policy in all institutions would help alleviate these abuses.

I am more concerned about the safety and security of students in our schools with regards to robbery as mentioned in the article. The issue of gay and lesbian activities should not me confused with robbery, as they are two different issues. Whilst the school authorities can do what they can internally, when they are confronted with issues of gay and lesbianism, the physical security of the students from attacks by external criminals is what should be of paramount concern. With the so called wranglings of muslim students been forced to partake in christian activities, our weak and porous borders, which serves as a recipe of radicalisation and its nasty end products, I suggest we think hard and deep about boosting the security of all schools in the country, particularly the bording schools in order to prevent something similar to the kidnap/abduction of the girls in Nigeria by Boko Haram. After all our soldeirs and police can be deployed to man the schools! No?
