When Kufuor solved this problem by making it 4 years secondary school instead of only 3 years you politically brought it back to 3 years because you politicians have money to hire private teachers for your children. Fools.

It is not the number of years in school that gives good results but the seriousness of both teachers and students. My daughter is doing three years and has already obtained five credits in the Nov/Dec 2014 and she will be finishing with her final 3-year program before the end of May 2015 SSCE.On the other hand my brothers son did four years and wrote the SSCE twice and his best result is a D8.

Professors in tertiary institutions must read GES directives. There are many important and useful GES directives which would help them.
GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.
Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults.
