KKD's case has nothing to do with Journalists talking about the issue,that was not the reason why the girl didn't want to continue with the case and if you are really a professional you would not have singled out that particular case in public the way you did,you have displayed your ignorance and acted unprofessionally.

The only thing that journalists don't do is when the victim is a minor but there is no law that says they cannot publish the name of an adult who say she has been raped,get your facts right.

What should be the minimum requirement when recruiting lecturers into a tertiary institution? Is it a masters degree or a PhD with a course in education??
Professors in tertiary institutions must read GES directives. There are many important and useful GES directives which would help them.
GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.
Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults.
