I have paid 3 times for indentures for the same plot of land and still have not received the document despite the fact I was able to produce receipts for the different times I paid.At one point I was told the cashier who received one of the payments is dead so I had to pay again...receipts show payments to KTC. Forget about Wayome, these KTC people are thieves. I'm thinking of sueing KTC for my indentures.
