PIAC is also another institution the Mahama NDC gov't is deliberately starving of funds, to collapse the institution and thwart it's work, which from the little that they have done, has revealed colossal looting and thievery of the oil revenue in a very crass manner by the Mahama/Amissah Arthur led NDC gov't.
Indeed, this is the worst gov't ever since Ghana's independence, and until they are massively kicked out in 2016, Ghana is stuck in the rut of retrogression and stagnation.

I do not think that lobbying for th Mayor of Accra is an opportunist act. It is such an uphill task that I personally consider anybody who genuinely wants to be the Mayor of Accra - to do proper work - not like the fools and idiots who have held the post in the past, is looking for trouble.
I also do not like OCCUPY GHANA. I think that it is one of these foreign controlled organizations that are used by imperialist powers to meddle in the internal affairs of former colonies to keep them under-developed and fertile for further exploitation.
I also do not like this Sydney Casely guy for being a member of that group that is why I think we must give him the job. I must however admit that I think he will be able to do a better job than any of the badly brought up characters who have been Mayors of Accra in the past.
