You've omitted something that seems to be getting very scarce in the minds of Ghanaians these days: Arrest and prosecute the person(s) responsible for leaving a well uncovered.

Hmmm !! May their precious souls rest in peace. They were too young to be at that site with any adult supervision ! I'm very sad b'cos I've a daughter at the same age and I can't imagine loosing her at this age!

In order to increase its duties the NCCE must hold quizzes and debates especially amongst school children. The NCCE must also publish the winners of all past competitions or broadcast the competitions to increase civic awareness.
The state owned media must help NCCE in this regard without charging.

Don't people have brains to know that such wells or open water bodies should be fenced off to prevent such unfortunate incidents? Children should always be protected and no stone should be left unturned to achieving this!! Oh ... read full comment
