    When it's good you are quick to take credit for it.Most of these water projects were started by Attah Mills. But where there is problem they say it wasn't during Mahama's time.

    Before Mahama there has always been water since the 1960s in Ablekuma South. Since Mahama came on two years ago, there hasnt been any water coming through the pipe lines.
