Can anyone tell us where the Wa municipality under the Wa Municipal Assembly sits on the district league table (DLT) and will they please add the detailed breakdown (of the individual indicators in the report) such as BECE pass rates, skilled delivery at birth, rural water coverage, open defecation [ODF] certification, police [security] personnel coverage and FOAT fulfilment? We will appreciate this information or where to access it.

Government can never and will never solve this problem, neither does any of you really care, except pretend you do. Many if not all of you who live in nice homes in Accra, burn bush outside your gates with eh excuse that the garbage collectors do not pick up shrubbery. Every Ghanaian breaks the law of nature, civility, religion and commonsense on a daily basis, such that it is even too difficult for them to allow laws to be enforced. Police officers patronize law breaking street-hawkers, they are too lenient with taxi and tro-tro drivers who have no dignity in life. A Ghana police officer will never yell STOP! or arrest a man defecating in the open, with the excuse that it is not his responsibility. Ministers and all appointed officials drive through the filthy and ravaged streets of Accra on a daily basis, but heading towards the comfort of their homes, to even engage in uncivilized conduct. We cannot change today or even in the next 10 years, because we are creatures of indignant and unhumanlike behavior. We are subhuman and we must accept that fact. It is tough being black (and worse being African), because so many two-legged creatures who bare a resemblance to you, do not behave like average homo-sapiens. If it were not for the food chain principle, life in the Serengeti could be so much more dignified, peaceful and humbling. I watch National Geographic a lot, and I have more respect for the life and attitudes of animals in the wild, than some Ghanaians in the Capital City.

I could believe my eyes when my son and I were walking along the Ningo beach and we saw the sign saying there is no toilet facilities beyond here little did we know that we were going to see well dressed local openly defecating as we stroll along the end beach of the beach at Ningo. This is ET Mensah district and must be addressed because we have a world class football academay near by so we certainly have tourists strolling along there as I did with my son.The locals of Ningo have no shame what so ever. If anyone is doubting what I am saying then go there and see for yourself. Open toilet at the end bit along the beach is currently being used as toilet. ET Mensah please help to build a toilet for your people.
