    The Catholic Church does not pay salaries of staff of the School. The Govt does. The School is not a Catholic Seminary.

    Well said Sonny. The gov't has a partnership with the mission schools n appointments of heads are done in consultation. The mission schools were built by the churches for specific reasons at Thor own expense n the gov't pay ...
