IT IS ALL DUE TO NDC PARTY WHICH HAVE JUST REDUCED THEM TO 'THUMB PRINT POWER' AND NOTHING ELSE. FEW OF THE INNER PARTY MEMBERS ARE BECOMING RICH ON THE BACK OF OUR BROTHERS IN THE VOLTA, AND SO THE SCHOOLS ARE NOT PROPERLY COMMISSIONED. BECAUSE THE MINISTERS AND THE PARTY INSIDERS AND THE 'BIG FOOTS SOLDIERS' HAVE REMOVED THEIR CHILDREN FROM VOLTA REGIONS TO ACCRA, KUMASI AND ABROAD TO GO TO SCHOOL. ALL NDC CARE IS 100% VOTE FROM VOLTA.

A mom concerned about her kindergarten son's safety walking to school but not wanting to embarrass him, asked a neighbor if she would follow him but not too close for him to notice. The neighbor Mrs. Goodnest said no problem since she needed to take her toddler Marcy for a walk. The next day Mrs. Goodnest and her girl Marcy followed the boys. After a week of being followed a friend asked Timmy if he noticed the lady following them. Timmy said yes. His friend asked if he knew her. Timmy said yes, she is Shirley Goodnest and her daughter Marcy. His friend asked why was she following them. Timmy answered; well every night my mom makes me say the 23rd psalm with my prayers. In the psalm it says, "Shirley Goodnest and Marcy shall follow me all the days of my life" so I'll just have to get use to it.

Nothing is real in Ghana now. Can we critically take a look at performance of those who are passing their exams in the other regions, if that is their actual performance. Because I have this believe that most school are doing something wrong. It is sad some graduates from Ghana travelling abroad cannot even fill out immigration form by themselves.

Problem solving must begin by finding out "why" an undesirable situation persists.
POSSIBLE ANSWER TO WHY-1
Perhaps they are the only people still relying on the public school system.
POSSIBLE ANSWER TO WHY-2
Because they are too poor to pay private school fees for their children
POSSIBLE ANSWER TO WHY-3
Because the region is the most economically under-developed.
POSSIBLE ANSWER TO WHY-4
Because no one attempts to know how to develop the region OR government neglect, OR poor/under-utilized resource base OR lack of basic economic infrastructure OR lack of investors and capital etc.
Once the true cause is known, one can then task the people to implement a SOLUTION.
