Sad one. I hear she does not like Ewe's and she will not acccept a teacher who is Ewe. this is not speculation. I know a few teachers she refused because they are Ewe...... such a messy state of issues...... they should find a way of dealing with them.

Unless there is an express intention to steal the money, all the Headmistress had to do was to always inform the Bank to pay the money into Government Suspense Account which will eventually be paid into the Consolidated Fund ... read full comment
Unless there is an express intention to steal the money, all the Headmistress had to do was to always inform the Bank to pay the money into Government Suspense Account which will eventually be paid into the Consolidated Fund. This should continue until the name is deleted. As matters stand, the amount collected over the years should be calculated and whoever took the money should refund it and be prosecuted for stealing as it was clear such money was for the State and not any individual.
