Who tells you that John Mahama is interested in fighting corruption?
If he is he must (1) RETURN MERCHANT BANK TO ITS OWNERS, (2) SANCTION AFRIYIE ANKRAH THE CRYING THIEF, (3) STOP PLAYING PRANKS WITH WAYOME, ISOFOTON AND OTHER JUDGEMENT DEPTS THAT WERE FRAUDULENTLY PAID.
John is himself the number one thief, so how can he discipline thieves. He has to steal to look after his 23 or so children. Therefore all hands on deck. All appointees must must take whatever they can grab. This man is simply unfit to be president.
Ghana will definitely be better off without John Mahama. The monies being given to our very stupid chiefs is stolen money. it is monies that should go to repair our roads.

Ivor Greenstreet said directly to President John Mahama and Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur that: “You don’t care”.
“Nobody is feeling your better Ghana”, Greenstreet shouted when he delivered his party’s solidarity message to the NDC at the congress at the Baba Yara Stadium in the Ashanti regional Captial, Kumasi – stronghold of the main opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).
In the full glare of the President, Vice President, former President Jerry Rawlings, and thousands of leaders and supporters of the NDC, a defiant Greenstreet said: “…Currently nobody, I mean nobody is feeling your better Ghana.”
“Continuous ‘dumsor dumsor,’ corruption from top to bottom, left right inside out, and all the challenges you are facing [are] suffocating the Ghanaian people.”
He added: “We would have thought that perhaps you may have used an occasion like this to discuss policies, programmes and solutions to all the difficulties we are facing as a nation, but no, you chose today to share your Christmas gifts with each other.”
“Ghanaians are not happy at all. This ‘bronya’ is dry. Too too dry,” he told the President, adding: “The most painful thing of all is that you don’t care.”
“NDC continue, we are watching you, Ghana is watching you, do what you want to do, we also know what we’ll come and do…make sure you’ll elect executives who will be able to steer your parties affairs when you are in opposition. Boys abr3.”
The wheelchair-bound Politicians has been called names and criticised by leaders and supporters of the NDC after his bluntness. While Majority Leader Alban Bagbin has said he believed Greenstreet was possessed by some demons, which caused him to be “so emotional”, presidential staffer Sam George wrote on his Facebook wall that: “Ivor Greenstreet apparently needs elevation to see the Better Ghana.”
However, Nkrumah said Greenstreet’s message was crafted by the CPP to capture the mood and mind of the entire country.

I have been thinking very hard over the issue of lights: Do we really need it 24/7? The answer is a big NO!
Do you need light when you are asleep? NO!
Does your fridge need light 24/7? NO!
Do you need light when your away on holidays? NO!!
Do you need light when you need it? YES!!!
So why burn light when you don't need it and pay more than you need to? Yet you turn around to complain that life is hard. Why won't it be hard when you intentionally burn away your resources?
Thus all this noise over dumso is just politics to score cheap appoints.

It is this level of backwardness that has robbed us of our potential. No country can develop without good supply of energy and that is a fact. There are people in jobs or with investments who need access to the trading floors from Singapore to New York, 24/7, so please stop this small village mentality. Mahama's inability to deal with the energy situation when petroleum prices are at record low is a bloody disgrace. No forward thinking or emergency planning. The level of incompetence after being in Government for six in shocking and unacceptable.

I am sorry the author does not appreciate the existence of variety of needs of people. If he does not need light when he sleeps, it does not mean if he goes to bed at 6pm then everybody needs to go to bed at 6pm. Some close from work at 1am and would need the light when they get home. Some people's work involve communicating with others on the other side of the planet so they work at night and not during the day. Some find sleeping with their outside light on because it provides more security than even having dogs!
He also needs to know that the age when our mothers use to stay at home and did full time catering on a daily basis are gone, and it is for that reason that we all strive to have refrigerators so that we can store our food and drinks. Likewise when I decide to travel, as a thinking human being I plan for my return and look forward to start running immediately I return to my place of abode. If the author wants to live without electricity so be it but do not impose your way of life on what the majority think is a necessity. There is no politics in this!

And let's not forget to also call for their salaries and bonuses especially sitting allowances relating to meetings and activities of this dumsor. We are being short changed
