    Unless it is part of Engineering.

    Otherwise, scrap this Business Management fantasy and convert those 54% to coders.

    all means of eliminating HND from the system since respect and focus is on degree in ghana. When you are HND holder you nothing meanwhile in job field perfomance is the same. go ahead and convert it.
