Why has the construction of the market taken so long? It was during Atta Mills's era that the old market was pulled down and they, the market women, were told a new one would be built for them. How many years now? The NDC has used the construction of the market for political gains and yet still has been unable to complete it. Where is the money for the construction of the market? You don't start a project if you don't have the funds.
