It has been said that many lecturers lack teaching methodologies. What should be the minimum requirement when recruiting lecturers into a tertiary institution? Is it a masters degree or a PhD with a course in education??
Professors in tertiary institutions must read GES directives. There are many important and useful GES directives which would help them.
GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.
Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults.

When you grant a lease to a tenant, the law outlines the procedures for breach of covenant. Owing a month's rent is not justifiable grounds for foreceful repossession and termination of the guy's business given that the matter was due to be adjudicated upon in court.
What is happening in Ghana is people rent premises to others to take the pioneering risk of starting innovative businesses, and when they find that these businesses are profitable, they use all manner of bogus reasons to evict the tenant and take over the business.

To avoid any trouble, I pay regularly - not at the end of the month, but on 15th.
Ghana must go direct-debitting, so that tenants will assure non-delay payments.
A big tip: tell people not to rent. Tell them to build and start businesse on their own. That way, trouble is certain to disappear.

Simply pay the guy his money or go build your own restaurant. You can't go on using his premises to make cheap money in the name of wating for the godamned ghanaian court whilst judges keep taking bribes to delay hearing. A lot of people have lost fortunes fighting g over land they have genuinely bought as they can't contest long and protracted hearing while crooks connived with lawyers and judges.friends have almost lost their jobs over this for taking time to travel to Ghana to fight such cases.
We continue to create name for our lack of trust and very soon the whole world will see our true colours.
