  The inspiration from these role models in Industries is important but not enough.
  
  The Students need more help from the Government and Businesses to enable them finish their Education without huge debts that drive many of them to look outside the Country for jobs to repay their debts.
  
  Meanwhile, Industries must confer regularly with Academia and the Ministry of Education to help direct our schools to adopt a curriculum that best prepares our Students to fill the employment and research needs of the Businesses.
