Corruption Sensitivity Training should be a mandatory part of interview process, class, testing requirement for all ministers and public sector officials. Make them aware of the consequences and have them sign off on this. If judges, police officers, employees are educated and made to understand the explicit and implicit impacts of corruption and how it affects their own salaries, bonuses etc. Things will change!

This practice is not new. This was how our founding father settled issues concerning stealing and that brought civilization to the great Sudanic Mamprusi scion.
I am all for instant justice when it comes to cases involving armed robbery and rape. Guys, anything that will bring peace to the Region I am all for it.
I am asking the inspector of Ghana police department to remove (transfare) the current police members from the top to the bottom and bring only people from the region. It work for the army stationed in there. They are mostly from the north and these Wala crooks fear them. Give us our own police women and men to bring a change to this one time peace and loving region.
The current body of police are there to enrich themselves with bribes. They dont give a fuck about what happens to the people in the region. There are cavalcade of houses in Bamasu which belong to these police men and women. How do they get money to build such big houses to rent to the students. They leave in government for free and take bribes in addition.
People in Wa this is one area you need to match on the streets to protest against the policing system in the capital and not for pension issues.
Some few months back, I witness a court case which directly involved the police members and four gentlemen who were accused of assaulting the police.
I had this ecstatic riff from my head to the toe. Her English was deplorable with terminal ill logic. She was told so many times to stop for the signal from the Judge to continue, she could not stop talking even when the Judge was writing down notes. Her testamentary capacity was zero. I was forced somehow to glare at her with both eyes and saw this uncharacteristically looks of stultifying of peace officer who suppose to know the law and how to interpret it. But her answers were stiff and more rot.
I know its not the common practice in Ghana about employment in the country, but this should be one area with great exception for the policing system to all people from Upper West Region. I am sure they will not take bribes and see their mothers and sisters get robbed every day.
These four hundred bags of cement is in the hands of this savage bastard call rector. There should not be any parley approach to securing the four hundred bags cement. Tell this bastards four hundred bags of cement back or you risk facing instant justice.
Match on the streets of Wa for the police removal( transferred) bring our own(Upper Westerners) to do the policing in the capital.
