Why is passed tenses so common in Ghanaian journalism. "Mr Omane said before one was issued with the automated birth certificate, the fellow had to apply with two photo copies of the original birth certificate which would be sent to Accra for verification before the automated one was issued".

Over hundred years and billionth birth certificates issued to 24,000,000 people? All you can do is to increase the fraud? Ghanaian leaders are either thieves or incompetent. Either way they are not suppose to be there!
The following measures has to be taken:
1: Provisional birth registration cards has to be indexed and given to senior midwives. Midwives has to loose their right to practice if they are found fraud. Midwives issues the birth cards to the parent.
2. Parents has 60 days to register the baby at a district office in default will face the court and go to jail.
Changes can only be made by the comissioner for birth and deaths who will have to certify the changes by DNA results.
This system is foundamental to our economic development. This will solve all corruptions inthe country from school feeding programe, secondary school headmasters and matrons fraud, election fraud, overpayments, solcve crimes, passport fraud, you complete the list.......
Lazy, curropt and incompetent people milking and destroying our dear nation!
