After Mills found Betty Moulds guilty of judgement debt payments the only thing he could do was to move her to the Education dept to continue her looting. Readers would recall that Betty Mounds was the one who awarded SCHOOL building contracts at a triple price of the existing contract sum of some GH 80,000.00. And this happened at a time when they claim inflation was in the single digits. Could you imargin how foolish these criminal liars were. Kuffour built similar structures with 80,000 at a time when inflation was around 14.8% and under Mills it was 240,000 at a rate of 8.8%. And these buffoons turn around to blame the fall of the cedi on some mysterious dwarfs. I don't blame those African countries that have been ripped apart by civil unrest because if you have such buffoons in power who always turn our local elections into a West Africa one
by contracting Togolese Trokosis, Burkinabe and Wangaras from La Cote D'ivoire to vote for them, the " Road To Kigare", is sometimes, a likely option to kick their ass from power.

Get a national ID system in place - an apolitical one and all these will never occur. Our leaders are hypocrites who are scared of implementing a working national ID system, just like what South Africa has - apolitical one that protects the country and allows the citizenry to access loans for trade and commerce. We should be ashamed of playing the game of portraying to be trying to implementing a national ID system while in fact, we are not doing anything, at all. Place the National Identification Agency under the Ministry of the Interior. Call it Home Affairs Department and let it function as a fully autonomous institution. This Home Affairs Department should have regional head offices, interlinked to each other. Enact laws that will make it mandatory for every child to be registered at birth. Birth registration must be done at these regional offices while certificates are issued only from offices where standard services are not offered, meaning only employees are allowed to be there - no public services rendered. Birth certificates may be issued via courier services to regional and district offices for collection. Babies born in locations with inaccessible roads, as in most villages in Ghana, may be obliged by law to have them registered within 3 months from birth. Midwifery services should registered in villages who may have the authority to issue notice of birth documents to be submitted at the Home Affairs Department for onward application for birth certificates. Once registered, national identification cards of books can be issued. It should be mandatory for every Ghanaian to produce this ID during voter registration, at the bank for loans, just to mention a few. This is the way to go. We must stop playing Ostrich. Our leaders know the right thing to do, but will never do it for their own selfish gains. Having a national ID system will help bring down corruption, will help Ghanaians to access the credit system, avoid double voter registration, ghost names will be a thing of the past. Our leaders are playing on our heads, thinking we are stupid! Ghanaians do not complain, protest, so our leaders are taking us for granted. Do we think our leaders have the country at heart??? Hell .. no!! They don't. Ghanaians must wake up.
