About 65% of the nurses do not have the requisite qualifications and the reason they are there is they bribe their way through -the entrance exams are a sham- because those who passed are ignored and those who pay bribes are accepted; the same thing with the teachers training schools, is there any wonder our children are not doing well at school; and as for nurses most of them don't have self-respect, the way the act and insult both in/out patients leaves much to be desired and is a total disgrace to the nursing profession around the world as a whole-Ghanaians nurses should re-study the life and works of Florence Nightingale who founded this noble profession and change please change your African/Ghanaian mentality and attitude about your profession-remember treat others the same way you want to be treated-----no matter how the situation treat every patient equally with love and kindness, patients gets healed faster when shown love not with insults!
