    Is there any use for the city authorities if citizens are to blame for the filth? If a neighbour makes your neighbourhood filthy, do you beat him up? There must be someone paid to ensure people keep their environment clean.

    not only waste. all the gutters in takoradi a chocked. when it rains, some residents cannot go to work because of the fear of getting drawn, Their homes get flooded. a beautiful city gradually turning into a slum

    if my memory serves me right, during the time of Philip Nkrumah, Sekondi-Takoradi was adjudged the cleanest city in Ghana. perhaps the city needed an Anthony Cudjoe, a retired military officer, to turn things around. SAD!
