  Agreed - teaching morality is the answer, not sex education. Women need encouragement to say no, and date rape should be prosecuted. A couple of young kids kissing and feeling each other up does not equate to consent for intercourse against a woman's will. And, who are the dads when a young woman gets pregnant? Age peers or older fellas?

  The unfortunate thing is that they thought about sanitary pads/towels, but forgot to supply the very active and voracious male counterparts (including they the policy makers and some of the male media practitioners) with CONDOMS. Of course, why wouldn't the male teachers introduce the subject themselves, without any approved guidelines.
  
  I even heard, from the grapevine, that the sanitary pads/towels were give to the male teachers for distribution. How convenient! God help Ghana!!

  Therefore,the answer to curb this bizarre and disgusting practice is strict Legislation(laws)

  Recently I read an article on this channel,( Gh web) about how some of the male Teachers in certain areas in the North take advantage of their position as Teachers,to intimidate School girls to satisfy their indiscriminate Sexual appetite with the slogan “Catch them young and they would be yours for ever".Did anyone in authority read that article,or brought it to the attention of the appropriate quarters for necessary investigation and action against the culprits ?.
  Therefore,the answer to curb this disgusting practice,is strict Legislation(laws) in the Country,on Rape,Assault, / Sex with a minor below the age of 18 years, punishable by not less than 25years in jail,for endangering the welfare of a minor,etc.
  The above legal suggestions is the most effective,and what the Executive Director of Youth Harvest Foundation,Ghana do not know.
  The African do not have to discard his way of life just for anything foreign.For, some of our ways of life is good,if not better.In Ghana our
  type of Sex Education is zero Abstinence to both school girls and boys until they Complete their education.The mother teaches the girl child from infancy, how to use the hands to wash down there(unwashed in some countries),2 times in a day in morning and evening,in the process of washing herself. When the girl has her first menstruation,she is informed by the mother that any Sexual encounter will result in unexpected and unwanted pregnancy; therefore She must be wary of boys/men not to endanger her education and welfare until she completed her education and old enough to marry.Tell me; Which Sex education is better than that ?.At the time of marriage,she is advised against the tatics/strategy to wear 1 underwear,1very tight shorts,1 leggings, all under trousers/pants as a precautionary measures to block her husband's advances,
  Sex education in School rather arouse the curiosity for teenagers to experiment. And so is not the answer to Teenage pregnancy.John Kinsley Krugu said “countries where sex education is part of school curriculum,those countries have made tremendous progress in the area of Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive health".
  What Mr Krugu doesn't know is that Countries that have Sex education on school curriculum also distributed Condoms to both boys and girls in the Class.And those Countries are not
  immune to Teenage pregnancies,either. The Adolescent mother/s has the right to come to School/Classes with her Child.How about that
  Mr Krugu ! Can the govt/District Assemblies provides Condoms,and School authorities make provisions for the Adolescent mother her right to come to class with the Child,huh,
  Mr Krugu ?.
  Our kind of zero abstinence is the best.
  Legislation with 25 years jail term is what is needed to complete/support the zero abstinence. So legislation is the answer, period !
