This has nothing to being ewes. some of the generals murdered by his actions were ewes. some of the murdered generals kids (kotei) are friends with the colonels kids. how can he look into the eyes of these kids knowing he has the blood of their parents on his hand? His son peter agbeko was my mate at services primary. we thought very highly of the colonel till 2003 when aponkye djang dropped the bomb shell about his involvement of the june 4th murders. now to have the architect of this mass murder at your funeral is confirmation of what aponkye djang said. hopefully he will able to answer to a higher authority why he approved the murder of the generals without due process.

And we have a so called lawyer who ok the executions? I urge the family of the deceased generals especially the kotei kids to watch out for this family. The colonel has blood on his hands.

Rawlings, the juju man day will come like this one. Perhaps, Rawlings day will come in miserable and painful way. This juju man who says he does not fear GOD ALMIGHTY, but respect HIM. Rawlings statement makes it look like he is equal to GOD ALMIGHTY.
Yes, juju man,Rawlings your day will come despite all the juju spirits you have allowed yourself to take hold of your body and soul. Your juju spirits, which are demonic will never save you from death.
Juju man, J.J. Rawlings, you have hurt so many Ghanaians that you do not care. You have killed so many Ghanaians on charges of corruption. However, the corruption your Party, NDC and your governments have brought in Ghana is unprecedented. What are you saying about your family receiving $4 million from Woyome stolen money? Do Ghanaians have to send you to firing Squad? You see that you are also a human being, and you are not immune to sin.
The very thing you satanly killed ghanaian for are the very thing you have done? Ghana is worse than before you came in. What are you saying to Ghanaians.
I don't know much about Colonel Agbeko, but I am sure he was part of your revolutionary machinery that has destroyed everything that is Ghanaian. I pray that GOD ALMIGHTY will reveal where some of your colleagues in crime are spending eternity when they passed away from this life. Perhaps, that will humble you.
JUJU MAN, J.J. Rawlings, you must fear God than your juju spirits. You have killed innocent Ghanaians for nothing. You are corrupt than any leader who has been at Osu Castle. You could not bring any positive transformation in Ghana. You have destroyed the values that bind Ghanaians together. Now, look at how Ghana is segmented on tribal lines. Do you think of these things? One day, you will leave Ghana alone as Colonel Agbeko has left Ghanaians alone today.

Man Fathers 9 Kids With Daughter, Pleads For Forgiveness
Agbofa Yao Hateka, the 47-year-old fetish priest who fathered nine kids with daughter has pleaded with a Sogakope circuit court to forgive him his sins as he would not do it again.
He has so far made two appearances in the Sogakokpe Circuit Court for having nine children with his daughter, four of whom were dead.
Agbofa Yao Hateka was in the Sogakope court on 12th and 13th July charged with incest. According to the prosecutor, inspector Emmanuel Atsor, the case was reported to the Dabala Police by a certain Torgbey Sekpetey II, chief of Ashagborkope, who is also a tax collector. The complainant told the police on June 7th 2012 that the accused was married to his biological daughter, Baby Hateka with whom he has nine kids. Yao Hateka allegedly impregnated Baby and subsequently had eight other children with her. Out of the lot, there were now five kids aged 14, 12, 3, 2 and a month-and-a-half old. During the interrogation however, Baby Hateka told the police she had eight other children with her father out of which three died, contradicting the accused person’s narration that he had only a two year old baby with his daughter.
The accused would not allow anybody to intervene as he allegedly threatened people with death if they meddled in his sexual relationship with his daughter. He allegedly threatened to invoke the spirit of his gods to deal with meddlers. The accused told the court that he was both a farmer and a fisherman, although the prosecution witness claimed he was unemployed. Before his arrest, the accused told the police that his daughter suffered from sickle cell anaemia, and had come to stay with him from a cocoa-growing area. Torgbey Sekpetey II had earlier fined the accused a fowl so his daughter could be cleansed before reporting the matter to the police. The case has been adjourned to 20th July 2012 for judgement.**
July 5, 2012 8:42:51 AM Drama In Court As Carpenter Gets 10 Years For Incest
Date: 27-Jan-2012
A 40-year-old welder; Emmanuel Kwesi Yevu, who is accused of defiling his 13-year-old daughter blamed his action on “juju,” (magic) when he made his second appearance before a Circuit Court in Accra.
Yevu told the court that somebody had cast a spell on him because he was getting more customers in his carpentry business.
When the court asked why he defiled his daughter, Yevu said: “My Lord the thing came on me in a spiritual form. I sometimes dream that I am sleeping with my late wife. I took in some alcohol on the day in question before going to bed. I detected that my daughter had placed her legs on mine and I mistook her to be that of my late wife and I defiled her.”
This, according to Yevu, had had happened on two occasions. Yevu, who is charged with defilement and incest pleaded guilty. But just as the court was about to hand down Yevu’s sentence, his brother raised his hands saying he had sometime to say.
Yevu’s brother told the court that Yevu had confided in him that somebody had cast a spell on him and blamed his action on “juju.”
The court presided over by Mrs Justice Georgina Mensah-Datsa however sentenced Yevu to 10 years on each of the charges. The sentences would however run concurrently.
The court told Yevu that it only had power to deal with the charges brought against him adding: “You can pursue the juju case at the juju court.” Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Sarah Acquah told the court that the complainant was the victim’s uncle.
Yevu is the father of the victim. Since the death of the victim’s mother, she had been living with the father at Omanjor in Accra. ASP Acquah said during October 2011, the victim was sleeping when Yevu forced her and had sex with her on two occasions.
After the acts, the victim informed her father that she had not menstruated for the past three months.
ASP Acquah said Yevu knowing very well that the victim was pregnant, gave the victim medicine to swallow and insert some of the medicine into her vagina.
Soon after inserting the medicine, the victim began to complain of abdominal pains and she was rushed to the hospital and a report was made to the Domestic Violence and Victims Support Unit at the Odorkor Police station.
The victim was issued with a medical form while her father was arrested by the Police and during interrogation he admitted the offence.

Felix Torgbor, the 45-year-old mason who fathered a child with his own daughter.
A 45 year old mason has been arrested in Accra for forcibly having an affair with his daughter and subsequently, having a baby with her.
“You are very stupid! Which is better? Sleeping with my daughter or running after other women who could infect me with strange diseases which I could also pass on to you?”
These are the shocking words of Felix Torgbor, a 45-year-old mason from La, who was caught by his wife having sex with his 19-year-old daughter.
Apparently, Torgbor began having sex with his daughter when she was only 16 years old; broke her virginity and subsequently had a child with her. He is now in the grips of the Odorkor Police in Accra.
Torgbor’s three-year-old sexual affair finally came to an end when his wife caught him red-handed making love to his daughter in an uncompleted building on the dawn of Saturday August 15, at Russia, a suburb of Accra.
Salamatu, Torgbor’s wife, told DAILY GUIDE that she wakes up very early in the morning, goes to work and returns at 7:00pm.
On that fateful day, she returned from visiting her sister at about 10:00pm on Friday night. She called her husband to join her watch an African movie shown on TV, but he declined and kept moving up and down.
She then began wondering what was making her husband so jittery.
According to her, the TV station closed down around 12:00 midnight, so she went to bed.
At about 12:45am, she woke up to realize that her husband and daughter were not in bed so she went out in search of them.
Salamatu indicated that her husband is putting up a building which is just a distance from the family house where they live, so she had a strong urge to go there to search for them.
When she got there, she saw that her step-daughter had laid a piece of cloth on the floor of one of the rooms and she saw a man lying on top of her.
She yelled and held unto the man only to realize it was her husband who was moaning and groaning on top of his own daughter.
Salamatu said she could not believe that this abominable act was going on right under her nose for the past three years.
When she demanded answers from her husband, he called her a stupid woman.
“You are very stupid! Which is better? Sleeping with my daughter or running after other women who could infect me with strange diseases which I could also pass on to you?” he asked, threatening to beat her up if she shouted.
Salamatu says she raised an alarm, drawing people to the scene.
Speaking to DAILY GUIDE, District Crime Officer (DCO), DSP Bafour Appenteng said the affair between father and daughter started somewhere in 2006 when she was dressing after bathing.
Narrating the sequence of events, the DCO said it started when the grandmother of the victim observed that her pubic hair had not been shaved. She questioned the teenager who replied that she was scared the razor blade might harm her.
Her grandmother, thereafter, sent her to buy a razor blade so she could shave the hair off, but by the time she got back, her grandmother was asleep.
On reaching home, her father, who was then eavesdropping on the conversation, asked what she was going to use the razor blade for.
She explained what the grandmother had said.
Torgbor then insisted on shaving his daughter’s pubic hair, in spite of her resistance.
According to the victim, her father laid her on his matrimonial bed and shaved her pubic hair after which he forcibly had sexual intercourse with her.
No amount of pleading could stop Torgbor from carrying out his intentions, and he had sex with her on the blind side of his wife, Salamatu Piaga.
The girl emerged from the room in tears and because her legs were wobbling, her aunties, who lived in the same compound house, asked what was wrong and she revealed to them that her father had just had sex with her.
According to the police, the aunties explained that at the time of the incident, the family was bereaved and so they decided to meet on the matter after the burial of their kin but later forgot all about it, and even though Salamatu was informed about the incident, she chose not to pursue it.
When she quizzed her husband about the incident, he got mad and subjected the child to severe beatings, saying that she wanted to disgrace him.
Later, when the girl turned 17, she got pregnant and left to stay with her biological mother at Osu because her father was furious, claiming his daughter had a boyfriend and subjected her to severe beatings, even though she was pregnant for him at the time.
At Osu, she reported the incident to WAJU but her mother, who did not believe her claims, abandoned the case after receiving a police medical form.
When the teenager gave birth in April last year, her stepmother, Salamatu, went for her from the Ridge Hospital where she delivered a baby girl and brought her back to her father’s house with the intention of caring for her and the baby.
The Crime Officer said when the baby was nine months old, Torgbor, who was eager to re-ignite his sexual relationship with his biological daughter, forced her to stop breast-feeding the baby, which she did.
They continued with the affair until the dawn of Saturday August 15, 2009 when Salamatu grabbed the two seriously making love.
Subsequently, Salamatu packed her belongings out of the house but did not report the matter to the police until her husband was arrested on August 18, 2009, by the Odorkor police who invited her to write her statement.
The victim, who was cuddling her daughter when she spoke to DAILY GUIDE on Thursday, confirmed that the baby, an exact replica of Torgbor, was indeed her father’s daughter.
She told DAILYGUIDE she wishes her father would be kept in jail forever.
Ho, May 13, GNA - Daniel Gadzeti, a carpenter, was sentenced to five years imprisonment by a Ho circuit court on Tuesday for being in an incestuous relationship with his 19-year-old daughter Mabel Gadzeti, a seamstress apprentice.
Mr Frank Owusu Afriyie, the presiding judge, deferred sentence on Mabel Gadzeti until after medical tests for pregnancy and sex related diseases.
Mr Afriyie described the conduct of Gadzeti, a father of four, as "very irresponsible". Deputy Superintendent of Police Kwadwo Nkansah told the court that Gadzeti, who was staying at Nkonya-Ntumda, invited his daughter who was staying with her mother at Nkonya-Tayi to come over and stay with him. He said Gadzeti the n started having sexual intercourse with his daughter. Mr Nkansah said a friend of Gadzeti once visited him and saw him (Gadzeti) and his (Gadzeti's) daughter bathing together and asked him if he was having sexual relationship with her. He said Gadzeti took offence and reported the matter to the chief of Nkonya-Ntumda who summoned the friend before the traditional court which fined him to compensate Gadzeti because the friend had no evidence to support his case. About a year later Gadzeti confessed his incestuous relationship to his uncle, a catechist, and expressed his desire to perform customary rites to marry her and make her his second wife in addition to her mother.
He said Gadzeti's uncle informed the chief of the town and Gadzeti's wife and daughter were summoned before the chief and elders of the town. A fine was imposed on Gadzeti and his daughter which they paid. He said a few days later, information about their relationship got to the police leading to their arrest.Source:

Man Jailed For Impregnating Daughter
An Accra High Court has sentenced Mr Anthony Bleworda to five (5) years imprisonment for having sex with her daughter since she was 16 years old and fathering with her five children, three of whom have since died. Mr Bleworda admitted that he had a strong urge to sleep with his own 16-year-old daughter the first day he saw her after several year’s sojourn abroad.
The daughter, identified as Matilda Bleworda, who is now in her mid twenties, is reported to have later developed mental health problems. Speaking to Peace FM and the Domestic Violence And Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU), Matilda disclosed that she willingly gave in to his father’s sexual advances the first day she saw him because her father enticed her with lots of money, but the subsequent encounters were all against her will. An earlier medical report had revealed that Matilda had indeed developed mental problems. She however stressed to Peace FM in an interview that she has now been completely cured.
She added that she did not know in the beginning that Mr. Bleworda was her real father. She believed instead that her grandfather whom she had known since her infancy was. According to her she asked the father to stop sleeping with her but he refused, claiming she was married to him by virtue of their having children together.
In an interview with Peacefmonline, the spokesperson for DOVVSU, Inspector Irene Oppong confirmed that Mr Bleworda has been sentenced for 5 years imprisonment. In answer to querries about why the seemingly minimal nature of the punishment, Inspector Oppong said the court took into account the girl’s admission that she was 16 years old when her father first slept with her and also that she consented to the act for which reason he couldn’t be charged with rape.
She explained that the stipulated sentencing range for incest for which Mr. Bleworda was found guilty is between 3 to 25 years. She explained that it took the court this long to dispose of the case because the man was having health issues midway into his prosecution. Peace FM managed to secure a major scoop and broke the scandal to a horrified country in September of last year.

Father-In-Law’s Rape Attempt Fails …As Pregnant Victim Squeezes His Genitals
24-Jun-2014
It took Mama Kpataku the strength of a horse to prevent her 55-year-old father-in-law from raping her on last Sunday, June 8.
Madam Kpataku, a three-month old pregnant woman had to squeeze the genitals of her father-in-law, Theophilus Yao Danyo, a farmer, to free herself from his grips after struggling with him in bed.
The incident happened at Akotoshie No 1 near Adjen Kotoku in the Ga West municipality, in the Greater Accra Region, when Danyo asked Mama Kpataku to pick an item for him from his room.
Narrating her ordeal to The Spectator last Sunday in an exclusive interview, Mama Kpataku said even though she respected her father-in-law very well, she was always cautious about him because he attempted to rape her by a river side three years ago when they went to the farm.
She said after struggling with him in the room, the shout for help from Danyo attracted sympathizers who broke into the room to rescue her but Danyo managed to escape naked.
Mama Kpataku said she reported the incident to her husband, John Danyo, 36, after he returned from work.
She also lodged a complaint with the Dom-Sampaman Police Station on Monday, June 9, 2014.
John Danyo also told The Spectator that, “he believes his father is possessed by evil spirits.”
According to him when he confronted his father later in the evening, about his cruel behavior, his father attempted to slash him with a machete, but on-lookers overpowered him and took the machete from him.
John said he had also reported the conduct of his father to the same police station.
The landlord of Akotoshie No 1, Nii Opah, when contacted, also confirmed the story, saying Danyo was noted for raping people’s wives in the bush.
When The Spectator contacted Inspector Eric Sai, Dom-Sampaman Police Station Officer on Sunday, he confirmed the story, and said the police were doing everything possible to arrest Danyo from his hideout.
Inspector Eric Sai who showed the cutlass Yao Danyo attempted to slash his son with, said he would be charged with attempted rape, and attempted murder.

As someone who participated in organising and leading The Great Let the Blood Flow March from Legon to Accra, I have no regrets whatsoever about the execution of those morally corrupt, debauched and cruel military officers who supervised the econ. and moral decline in Ghana in the 1970s . They deserved what they got, including my own kinsman Rear Admiral Joy Amedume whom we can swear wasn't corrupt but his refusal to resign as admonished by the family meant he put himself in harms way in the company of unconscionable nation wreckers. The only person I have reservations about is Gen. Akwasi Afrifah being lumped together with them, even though it was a different kind of Nemesis which caught up with him.
Only mentally warped and depraved sympathisers, family members and associates of those who foster reckless corruption and thievery can come out to be supporting those executed for their crimes against Ghanaians.
If the reckless looting in Ghana continues, I shall equally support the execution of those involved when there is a mass uprising in Ghana. All my kinsmen, townsmen, friends, etc. should take note!

Andy, you still around? I haven't been to the forum "say it loud" since 1995. Andy, this is about "due process" which is the bedrock of our society. It is also about military code of conduct which the colonel was entrusted with. when charges was brought against konadu he brought a whole bunch of lawyers to defend her against those charges. When rawlings appeared before the NRC hearings he brought a calvary of lawyers to defend himself against his accusers. This is is what we call "due process". The ability to face and challenge your accusers. that was denied the generals. from Rawlings own mouth he said there was no trial and that these were innocent good people. For once I believed JJ. He said this last year at the regional camp of the International Youth Fellowship at the Adidome Senior High School in the Volta region. Secondly we do not know what they were charged with. One minute we hear they were charged with corruption; when you inquire how one could be charged with corruption when he legally obtain loan from the bank they cannot explain. Later they changed their story to the fact they were murder for overthrowing a legal constitutional government. That was a new thrend started by aponkye djang in 2003 to justified the killings. There was no where during the revolution that they were accused of illegally overthrowing a civilian government. Now we have a new one from you. Amedume was killed because he refused to resign therefore family blamed him for causing his own death for not resigning. Good for them although I do not believe it. Andy, this is about a colonel agbeko who gave the green light for the mass murder. there is a saying that thou shaly=t not speak ill about the dead. however we need answers. If you really believe in acceptability, lets see the advise he gave these murders. Lets see the notes that was taken by the clerk during the closed session. what military law or code did he based his findings on? I have been to several un missions. One thing they pump into our heads before any deployment, it is against military code of conduct to should unarmed prisoners during operations. These generals were unarmed. they did not pose any threat to their captives. What justification did the give colonel give for their murder? Lets see the notes of what he told aponkye djang and his bunch of thugs?

Andy-K, it will be well with you if truth is once heard from you. Try and let tribalism be seen at where it should be seen or heard. Your stand had always had tribe connotations. Please fellow Ghanaians lets use respect and accord some descence to the family.People are passing comments with out knowing the man, Old Colonel as he is call is a principle man, respects people and very humble.I have know him and his family for decades as i grew up with his sons ans daughters in Burma camp.Peter, Andrew and Nakoe my sincere condolences to you all.To Mrs Agbeko I am very sorry for your lost. Mrs Agbeko was also a teacher who taught me at complex primary sch in Burma Camp. and do not take .
Yes he was honnorably discharged form Army becos he always stand for the rule of law.For those who taught he approve the murder of officers and head of states, I will to you that you do not know the man.
The story of June 4 is hidden in mistery as those who will tell the truth all all gone. ( dead). From what I know, Old Col. was never consulted let alone apporve it.I wish those commenting here lives in Burma camp in those days.Senior Amry officers were fleeing from Burma camp, as there were targets for the order ranks. it took people like Old Col and Gen. Hamidu to address the order ranks at Nicolson Staduim in Burma Camp to appeal to the soldiers to stop the blood shed.
His funeral was well attended read the story bcos of who he was.

You are right, the colonel was very well liked. when you go to perter's Facebook page, you will see some of the the general's kids on his list of friends. In the military circles, he was respected and held in high esteem. so we had a shock of our life when aponkye djang said in 2003 that they murdered the generals and based on legal advise from colonel agbeko. the colonel never denied it. now come to find out, the generals were not even tried. So I want to know how this legal scholar thinks it is ok to murder people without due process? let see the notes of his legal findings. Let see the notes that was taken down by the clerk during their closed door meeting. Kojo, the colonel has blood on his hands and he will one day account for it.

@June 4th adviser.I am not doubting you had your schooling at Burma camp. However i do no think that you really know who Col Agbeko is? Having schooled in burma camp I am assuming you also lived there for some time.I can tell you with out any douut in my being that, the military Junta was the one who took the decision to excute the Generals. Colonel Agbeko was never consulted on this generals, bcos they know what his response will be; due process, I can tell you why JJ was at the funeral praising Old Col.Old Col save JJ's life. He was the one who advice that JJ should be tried by a court mashall again due process. He was the one who even brought in Public prosecutor Lawyer Aikins.
The question is why was Col Enniful saveagley murdered and Old Col still left standing. Like I said the whole truth will not emerge.
Back to your question of the Col. legal findings, this is in your imaginations, The real people who speak some truth about this situation are Maj. Boakye Djan, WoI Adjei( aka Allan Cash)WOI adeji Bouadi a former PNDC Member Lcpl Tasiri.
Col Agbeko did not denied the story because there was no truth in it and those of us who have live in Burma camp for decades know that fact.It might interest you to know how it came for generals to be excuted. This has nothing to do with Col, Agbeko trust me.Do not base your arguments on hearsay at all.

Kojo, are you really in canada? Your clock is way off. For one, I am not imagining anything. I am writing based on facts from the horses mouth. the first time I heard about the generals not being tried before excution was from a former thug of the AFRC in 1982 at a gathering in washighton dc. i did not believed a word he said because he was loud mouth. then rawlings came out and informed ghanaians last year that the generals were not tried and they were innocent. i am not a fun of rawlings. i think he is a pathological lair. however, this time i believed him. then again aponkye djang dropped the bombshell of how they got their legal authority to murder the generals. this was a game changer for. i do not know the colonel personally. this is a serious accusation for one to carry into his grave. i will like to believe he did not take part in this mass murder of his fellow officers. so lets see the notes of the legal advise he gave these thugs period. this is just a simple request. josephine enninful and tony enninful would like to know the justification of the murder of their father and mother and how he colonel agbeko was able to con his way out off the wrath of these thugs? see the linke below:
