I thought of him as a Presidential material for the NDC, but hearing what is going on in Korle Bu where he has taken over the position of "CEO", I just cannot believe this story.
How come a board chairman signs leters to dismiss staff? This is the first time I am hearing such a story.
Possibly, he thinks korle Bu is like Masai, his private company.
Mr Annan, please be reminded that the private sector is different from the public service. it is WRONG for the board chair to inteferre with the daily management of the hospital. This is done purely by the management of the Hospital and not the board.
