I have had experience with some of the so-called men of God in Ghana and so I am not too quick to accept a pastor as someone to be trusted simply because he or she carries a bible. AS far as I am concerned there are too many criminals in the profession. It is unfortunate but it is what it is man.

I am sure when the Korle-Bu staff met the person who said that the CEO should be locked up was considered the wisest and the person who could not come up with any solution the least wise.
However I think the Korle-Bu staff also need to undergo a series of lectures on ethics so they gang-up against officials for their own parochial interests.
Government must address their concerns.
The current practice where newly inducted doctors called house officers with no experience whatsoever are left to experiment with (attend to) serious medical cases while residents, specialists and consultants are away must be put to a stop immediately. There must be at least one specialist present 24 hours in three shift rotations to supervise them. Our health system as it is presently is not the best. The situation in the countryside and rural communities is even worse.

The public is being fed with false information because these so called workers are the culprits that have run the hospital down. Are they not the same lot who have been involved in ghost names? Are the not the same lot, caught stealing funds paid by patients? I had the misfortune of being treated at this hospital and was asked to lie on a bed without bed sheets. A relative was confined to the emergency ward for a month because it later transpired that she did not grease some leader one's palm in order to be transferred to a main ward. There are hard working employee who seriously put in 8 hours of work, but majority are lazy, good for nothing nerds who show their presence in order to be paid at the end on the month. This so called leader should not be allowed to dictate to the management. He should be dismissed by the Minister to serve as a warning to others.

When these workers report to work on daily basis what work do they actually do.
Management should NEVER allow these unscrupulous Senior Staff member to besiege the office of the CEO. WHAT INSURBODINATION!.
Management/Board should arrange for Security Officers to protect the office and any indisciplined staff should be subjected to the dictates of COLLECTVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT OF KORLE BU.
We should not allow this indiscipline to be be entrenched in our society.
What locus standi has an employee got to demand the removal of another employee?
Where is the Minister of Labour and Employment?. Take this matter off the chest of the President immediately and let sanity prevail. Some stupid and unknowledgeabe people are blaming him unnecessarily.

Anyway keep asking for list of what issues are and start arresting the staff involved ghost salaries arrest the people who have been withdrawing their il gotten gains , check pharmacy , why were some men prescribed medicine for women , how many times drugs stolen, boxes delivered with no drugs inside or stolen and sold outside.
