china is developed bcos of one child policy. 3 kids policy for ghana is best if we are to lift many pple from chronic poverty.
all parents must have kids they can take care of. we don't like any free things from govt which at long run only deprives us of money to build infrastructure.
what is the importance of having 10 children only for them to be watchmen, gatemen, shitcarriers, kayakaya etc to someone whose parents had only him or other two as their kids??
