    I totally agree with Togbe. All infrastructure done by the CPP has been allowed to collapse. We wouldn't have arrived at this stage if we had planned well after the overthrow of the CPP. What a shape.

    The alternate(Ferry at Senchi) to the Adomi bridge is not adequate. One has to spend about 3-4hours waiting to cross. Surprise the conference attendees at Senchi could not just pay a visit there to have first hand info.
