  I wonder how motivated l would be to work, going to work several months without pay. This will definitely demotivate the most passionate teacher. how much more the uncommitted ones!!! God save Mother Ghana!!!!

  If you had read the article properly, you would definitely understand my comment, to quote verbatim "government’s policy to pay workers only three months’ salary arrears irrespective of the number of months owed" so in this case using logic, there are definitely some months people worked without being paid? I hope you get this.

Especially with the health and edu. sector think gvt. should reconsider its decision for that might have adverse effect as we go into the future. pls. mr president listen to your people.How do convince someone who receives less than a 1000 Ghana cedis to stay without monies owed them when u are receiving almost 1000% it is not fair. we are all human beings.

  i was due arrears for 60 months ,i was paid on 3 month.am a consultant in one of the teaching hospitals.I guess yoy all know the consequencies.
