Know the history. The so-called Ga lands all belong to the Akwapims. It was the Akwapims that granted the lands for the Gas to live on when the Gas landed on the Ghana coast. The lands had owners before the Gas landed.

I have a land at trade fair site purchased from a family in the years 2002.
Presently, one has gone to demolish my property two bedroom boys quarters and the main house which is containing a five bed build to lentil.
The said property has then been sold to lady as an empty land. Thank god I have existing picture which will verify stages of the demolished property. This is stealing and should be stop.
The legislator sit sleeping, no implementation of rule of Law, there is no redress to a long land disputes in Accra which is damaging to the Ghanaian economy.
Wake up the Legislator and put an end to the destruction of investment in Ghana.

Some of us in eastern region can't understand why Nana should ignore a whole " okyehene " and rushed to "Manshia " and offered " Asantehene his highest respect and even said he respected he "Asantehene" more than that of his own grandfather and a paramount chief of Akyen Abuakwa " traditional area . Nana is a digrace to our area, he didn't bother to visit " Okyehene" who is closer to his Nana's Nima residence , from Nana' house to Kyebi , is closer than that of Manshia, but because he is arrogant, he chose to go to Manshia first. We the people Akyen Abuakwa traditional are want to let Nana addo knows very well that we acknowledged the disrespect he showed to our Okyehene and his elders in the area, we shall respond to his call in the same measure at the right time coming 2016 election.

SO WHEREAS JUDGE 1 RULES IN FAVOUR OF FAMILY 'A'...ANOTHER JUDGE NO.2 RULES IN FAVOUR OF FAMILY 'B'.
THIS IS HAPPENING EVERYWHERE ACROSS THE COUNTRY ESPECIALLY IN THE GREATER ACCRA REGION. THE CORRUPTION IN GHANA'S JUDICIAL SERVICES IS UNHEARD OF IN OUR NATION'S HISTORY.
