1. Who is it that posted this story on the Ghana web
2. Why does the story not refer to the Actual Agreement that was signed by both parties (i.e. the Plaintiffs and the Defendant which included the Minister of Local Gov't & Rural Dev't) and taken back to the court for adoption as the Court's Consent Judgment/Ruling?
3. Why is the story highlighting the the names of the Attorney General & the Minister of Local Gov't Government & Rural Dev't and not the names of we the 7 Plaintiffs as people who also signed.
4. Why should the poster of this story hide his or her identity and post such misleading story in the Ghana web
This is no doubt the work of some self-seeking, ill-informed local politician and a chief who are sell out their credibility to continue to represent the good people of the District Binduri.

Hon. Attorney General, this is a misleading story directed at the good people of Ghana, most especially the people of Binduri. This person has not even shown his identity and I have the signed copy which the Minister of Local Govt and Rural Dev't and the Attorney General with their respective witnesses signed and the seven plaintiffs too did the same.
Please the writer should scan the signed Agreement that went to the Court for Adoption and put that out for all to see it.
To the best of my knowledge it was supposed to be a a joint press release that was rejected by the plaintiffs because some parts of it were not part of the Agreement and the one who is using this wrong document should retract it and apoligise to all Ghanaians for spreading such false information. Where in Ghana do you have a District Capital that is located in any one of 8 very different communities. This person is merely one of those who thought they are stronger than the constitution of Ghana and therefore are trying to peddle this falsehood.

i have some few questions to ask:

2. Where is the signed agreement by both parties in the case?
It is clear that some miscreants are trying to toil around with law by misleading the public through your medium.
How can a community (Binduri) be made up of 8 different communities? I think this paper vwill do us all good by publishing the signed agreement by both parties showing clearly signatures of both parties.
i also expect that this paper would have sought the opinion of both sides instead of just chosing one side to interview.
Like all those comments earlier this is just a mere scheme been instituted to let the law not work but we will remain quiet and wait till the last day of July, 2014 when the Assembly would have been expected to move to Binduri. If they fail to abide then the court will charge them for contempt.
