    You hit the nail right there. Some most tenants will keep giving you excuses. I had to eject one tenant after he failed to pay upon renewal of her contract.

    SINCE PRICE OF CEMENT AND OTHER BUILDING MATERIALS CAN GO UP ANY TIME AND ANY HOW, THERE IS NO NEED FOR ANY RENT CONTROL AT ALL. IF THERE SHOULD BE RENT CONTROL, THEN THERE SHOULD BE BUILDING MATERIALS CONTROL AS WELL.

    IF BUILDING MATERIALS ARE AFFORDABLE, CASES BEFORE RENT CONTROL WILL BE DRASTICALLY REDUCED. IS IS NOT EASY TO BUILD HOUSE AT ALL AND SO THAT IS WHY MOST LANDLORDS AND LANDLADIES DO NOT TOLERATE NONSENSE FROM TENANTS.
