  Sir, some of us think fair and honest practices by business will restore confidence in the business community. Not government or parliamentary intervention. How many people actually look at expiration date on drugs in Ghana due to ignorance or illiteracy?
  Does that mean some greedy bastards should further endanger their lives?
  In Ghana, instead of holding people responsible for their actions, there is always INTERVENTION by some ELDERLY, BIG MAN, OFFICIAL OR GOVERNMENT. People simply need to know that there are consequences for irresponsible actions just as there are rewards for jobs well done.

  I was shocked when I read what was attributed to the Bishop. Resolve this case amicably, if indeed, there is valid evidence against this Tobinco fellas to support the claims made against them? Crazy! No doubt he admitted that there is corruption in the church too: he is mentally corrupt and accessible to corruption himself! He should choke on his obscene admonition.
  
  So far, it appears that there is evidence: some of the drugs had been verified and burnt and some they were ordered to re-export. That's enough for any sensible person to know that these Tobinco owners are just crooks and criminals just out to enrich themselves at the expense of the lives of Ghanaians! This has got nothing to do with politics. They might as well be importing cocaine and heroine into the country.
  
  The govt law enforcing machinery must deal ruthlessly with them and enforce the laws against them. They must be tried and punished accordingly to serve as an example for all those crooked businessmen who have no respect for the lives and interests of Ghanaians. The scourge of faked and expired drugs, etc. in Africa must be confronted boldly without respect for the status of individuals involved. Bishop Quarshie needs serious ethical re-evaluation in order to continue in his ministry.

  you argued out ya foolishness here. tell me which law the company flouted? what is the proof from FDA against this man? or u think cos FDA is crying for war, it means there is war? a company is branded evil yet the charges pressed against this man's arrest had nothing to do with the so called fake drugs. the man got arrested for obstructing EOCO official for entering his premises without search warrant. IF YOU THINK FDA, OPUNI AND NDC HAVE VALID CASE WITH EVIDENCE, THEY WOULD LET THIS MAN WALK FREELY? AFTER ALL, WE ALL KNOW THIS MAN DOESN'T SUPPORT THE N\DC, SO LIKE THE FDA WILL GO ALL OUT N DRAG HIM TO COURT TO PROSECUTE. TELL FDA TO GO TO COURT IF THEY HAVE A GNUINE CASE.
