  it is very bad to the technical staffs whose main duty, is to support the universities with their technical knowledge do not enjoy the so call premium in the universities, and their risks allowances, workers who uses harmful chemicals, radiation and so on to setup practical work for the student, its bad time for technical workers if we truly want to develop Ghana technical men can do, bt for this country of ours there is no desire to depend on the people who can do the work.time is coming technician may not like to work in the university community any longer. i hope government is listing to FUSSAG.
