It was long overdue from the government and our honourable farmers. It is about time, Ghanaians discard the eighteenth century agriculture and embrace modern agriculture to be self sufficient in food production. A special emphasis must be placed on the use of farm equipment and the benefits that comes with its use.

Thanks to the Ameericans of their great concern to to us the people of Ghana in general and the three Northern Regions in particular. Wa is my native home. My father was a farmer. In our farm were the following acares of crops. 1. Guinea millet, 2. Millet, 3. Bambara beans, 4 Yam heaps, Ground nuts, 5. Tiger nuts, 6.Sugar cane,7. Okro, 8. Beans and 9.Tapioca plants. And at home he has cattle ranch, Hens, Guinea fowls, Goats , Sheep and some few ducks. I was sent to School. This was made pssible by father,my two grown up senior brothers and by the support of my my mother and one of my most senior brother's wife. And I had one junior sister and two other younger brothers. During School vacation, I team up with my parents to farm. Therefore brothers of our Northern part of Ghana, America has spoken.Please expand the united cultivation to drive the poorverty away from our mids. At moment ,I'm a Naturalized American but will never forget where I was born and bred. God blsess Ghana
