The time is here finally; the clashes between the factional elders, is pushing the ABOLISHMENT closer to a permanent status. CHIEFTAINCY has run out of its usefulness, and the moment is here to end it all! And the process of elimination ought to be instituted along side the clashes and the disputes, with the DCEs taking a full control.
