This is positive and I especially like the fact that its not in Accra. Spreading the development agenda will help curb Accra's urbanization dilemma. Keep it up JM and your admin.

Even though the question looks quite patriotic, the fact is that Ghanaian contractors WILL NEVER finish the project and they would advance one million reasons why they can't finish it and the story would end there, paam!
