Okyeman Mponuahene appeal for investors

Okyeman Mponuahene Nana Mbeah I, has called on investors to take advantage of the vast land in the Akyem Abuakwa State, to establish industries to create jobs for the people.

Nana Mbeah told Ghana News Agency in an interview at Teacher Mante in the Eastern Region, that the stool land stretches from River Densu, which share boundaries with Adoagyiri and Akuapem.

He said the land could be used for meaningful developmental projects to benefit the people.

Nana Mbeah advised the people to endeavour to resolve all misunderstandings and forge unity of purpose in other to bring development to the area. He urged land developers to seek genuine documentation of their lands, to facilitate investment.

Nana Mbeah appealed to the authorities to check the activities of unlawful sand winners who are destroying arable land in the Akyem Abuakwa State, which had so far rendered more than 500 farmers jobless.

Some of the affected areas are Panpanso Number 1,Yaw Boome, Yawkorkor, Kofi Kwei, Adeiso, Maame Dede, Asuaba, Fankyenekor, Abogyi and Governakrom.

Nana Mbeah called on the youth to stay away from social voices that would ruin their future.
