Sadly, it's a wholly owned Ghanaian business which has taken over the concession to redevelop. They've struggled for funding all along hence delaying takeoff until recently when a consortium of local banks stepped in with $20 ... read full comment
Sadly, it's a wholly owned Ghanaian business which has taken over the concession to redevelop. They've struggled for funding all along hence delaying takeoff until recently when a consortium of local banks stepped in with $200m. A modern process plant is under construction by Ghanaian engineers only for this to happen.
