Stupidity! What about traditional African religions and others who consider Tuesday sacred? Why must we always copy the American system, as usual?
Ghanaians have become too comfortable copying instead of creating anything original. Kwame Nkrumah was creative and showed what Africans could achieve through original thinking. The rest of us need to stop imitating and start creating.
Voting is a responsibility. If you always have excuses not to vote, then don’t complain when stupid leaders rule you. Christians, especially, should take civic responsibility seriously. Romans 13:1–7 reminds us of our responsibilities toward governing authorities.
If we want better leadership, we must participate—not sit back and complain.
