At all cost the differences would meet consensus then be awarded their demands. What about the pupil who had been taken for granted. In depriving the child the rights of learning ? What compensation would the child merit?
At times arguments are based on foreign grounds on the side of the teachers on their demands. That in fact is exaggeration and a camouflage for we are equal as nations with territorial ambitions and recognitions. We are equal with different status.
The general problem is Ghanaian trained, after schooling even up to PHD., Professorship which is selected route for the general public there is nothing on it apart from what is given. Yet they relax instead of broadening the knowledge in expansion which leads to invention and innovation. The new products seen from overseas, some are only the outlook containing the previous model. Some would bring the design forward to be adopted by an industry as a new model to win enough in upgrading living status. Then the equipment itself, some would manage a small attachment for its new model. For there is no new machine or equipment, even in medicine all are modernisation depending upon the old knowledge. Unless there is adjustment strikes and things like that within the salary workers would be constant from a labourer to Phd. holders. Little said is enough for it does not take long for the good ear to listen. The ambitious would adopt and adapt yet.... that is the submission for what concerns man concerns me..
