The road doesn't necessarily have to pass through the center of the town. There can be a bypass as was done at Nsawam during the Accra Kumasi Road Reconstruction. The contractor is not going to pay for any demolition of house ... read full comment

The KROBO people have their Government in Power. Just contact your Government and see what can be done. If you block the road
