No doubt the MINISTER is serious in getting things done........In dye coarser, should investigate the shredding of plastic bottles mixed with bitumen. TROALS have been going on for a few years in Australia and the US after years of investment and from what I know it's been successful. It's been said that it reduces the need of crushed by %10 ,in the asphalt for road making......The tar melts the plastic which when heated ,combines with the aggregate into a sticky substance as a binding material.
Ghana with less than 38% of sealed in place is worth a look.
Would keep plastic from landfill and road maintenance cheaper.
